Our team consists of over 200 members, with engineers and production technicians accounting for more than 65% of the workforce. Our core members bring an average of 12+ years of experience in titanium and titanium alloy melting, forging, heat treatment, and precision machining, having previously worked at major domestic titanium producers and aerospace supply chain factories. They possess end-to-end practical capabilities-from process design to batch delivery.
The production system operates on a three-shift quality inspection rotation, with each shift staffed by NDT personnel certified to ASNT Level II or above. All inspection data is archived and fully traceable, available for review by clients or third parties at any time. The technical department has no dedicated administrative staff; every process proposal, technical clarification, and drawing conversion is handled directly by engineers with over a decade of hands-on experience.
We do not issue blind quotations. Every proposal we send out is backed by a proven process route, calculated tolerance margins, and clear decisions on which batches can be expedited and which specifications require additional inspection.
