The factory covers an area of 350,000 square meters, and now has a series of production equipments such as vacuum induction furnace imported from the United States, vacuum consumable arc furnace made in Germany, 2800mm four-high reversible rolling mill, vacuum annealing furnace, and so on, which can be customized to produce any size of plate within the range of 2.6m * 16m, and the maximum length of a single pipe can reach 15m.
Meanwhile, we also have more than 100 sets of various testing instruments, the main equipment includes American non-destructive testing system, spectral analyzer, carbon and sulfur tester, universal testing machine, ultrasonic testing system, fatigue testing machine and so on.

Factory Advantages
Our factory specializes in the R&D and production of titanium and titanium alloy products, with a fully integrated process covering melting, forging, rolling, and precision machining. We are equipped with 3-ton/5-ton vacuum consumable arc furnaces, a 2,500-ton fast forging press unit, fully automated hot/cold rolling lines, as well as high-precision centerless grinders and a band saw cutting center, enabling in-house production of titanium ingots, bars, plates, and forgings. Our product range includes commercially pure titanium, GR1, GR2, GR5, and other mainstream grades, strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM B348, ASTM B265, AMS 4928, and other international standards. We support full-scope inspection capabilities including ultrasonic testing, mechanical property testing, and metallographic analysis. With an annual output of 3,000 tons of high-quality titanium materials, we have long been a stable and traceable supplier to the aerospace, marine engineering, chemical processing, and medical device industries.
