Core Machining Processes
We match the machining process to your part geometry, tolerances, material and quantity. Our production floor runs the following core processes:

CNC Turning
Rotational and cylindrical components machined to tight roundness and diameter control.
Typical parts: shafts, pins, bushings, sleeves, spacers, fittings and threaded components.

CNC Milling
Prismatic components with holes, pockets, slots, contours, threads and multi-sided features, machined on 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling machines.
Typical parts: plates, brackets, housings, covers, blocks and flanges.

5-Axis CNC Machining
Complex geometries, angled surfaces, curved profiles and deep features machined in fewer setups, improving consistency between critical features.
Typical parts: impellers, complex housings, brackets with angled features, turbine and blisk components, curved structural parts.

Swiss CNC Machining
High-precision small-diameter and long slender components for demanding production applications, with tight concentricity and repeatability.
Typical parts: miniature shafts, small precision pins, needles, contact terminals, medical and dental components, long slender parts.

CNC Turn-Mill
Turning and milling operations combined in a single setup for complex rotational parts that also require holes, flats, slots or off-center features - shorter lead time, fewer setups.
Typical parts: complex shafts with cross holes, threaded shafts with milled flats, valve bodies, couplings and fittings with mixed features.

CNC Grinding
Precision finishing for critical dimensions, hardened surfaces and tight surface-finish requirements (Ra 0.4–0.8 µm achievable on selected features).
Typical parts: precision shafts, spindles, guide bushings, hardened components with critical fits.
