Production Floor

Our production floor is arranged around an efficient machining workflow, with CNC equipment, tooling, workholding and material handling organized to support different production requirements.
Machining operations are planned according to part geometry, material, tolerance and order quantity. In-process checks are performed on critical features to help identify dimensional deviations before parts move to the next stage.
Machining Workflow
Production follows an organized workflow from material preparation to machining, finishing and inspection.
Process Control
Critical dimensions are monitored during production according to part requirements.
Flexible Production
Suitable for prototypes, samples, low-volume production and repeat orders.
Inspection & Quality Area
Quality control is integrated into the production process rather than performed only after machining is complete. Critical dimensions and specifications are checked during production and during final inspection to verify that finished parts meet the approved requirements.

CMM
For dimensional measurement and verification of complex features.

Micrometers & Calipers
For accurate measurement of critical dimensions and general part inspection.

Height Gauges
For dimensional and positional measurements.

Thread Gauges
For checking internal and external thread requirements.

Surface Roughness Tester
For verifying surface finish requirements where specified.

Material Verification
Material grades can be verified according to project requirements, with material certificates available when required.
Warehouse
Our warehouse supports the storage and handling of raw materials, work-in-process components and finished CNC machined parts. Materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, steel, brass, copper and titanium are organized by type, specification and production requirements. WIP components are kept in designated containers between machining, finishing and inspection stages to help prevent mix-ups. After final inspection, finished parts are safely stored before packaging and shipment. Material and order information can be maintained through labels and internal records to support identification and traceability throughout the production process.

01
Raw Material Storage
Materials are stored according to material type and project requirements.

02
Work-in-Process Storage
Components are organized between different production stages.

03
Finished Parts
Completed parts are stored safely before final packaging and shipment.

04
Material Identification
Material and order information can be maintained according to project requirements.
Packaging Area

After final inspection, parts are prepared for shipment according to their size, geometry, surface finish and quantity. Appropriate protective materials are used to reduce the risk of scratches, impact and movement during transportation.
Individual Protection
Sensitive and finished surfaces can be individually protected against scratches and contact damage.
Secure Packing
Parts are separated or fixed according to their geometry and quantity.
Export Packaging
Cartons, pallets or wooden cases can be used according to shipment requirements.
Shipment Preparation
Finished orders are checked, labeled and prepared for international transportation.
