  • TA7 titanium alloy

TA7 titanium alloy is a medium-strength alpha-type single-phase titanium alloy containing 5% alpha-stabilising element aluminium and 2.5% neutral element tin. Usually used in annealed condition, it has good fracture toughness at room temperature and high temperature, low process plasticity, plate forming should be carried out in the heated state, it is characterised by good heat-resistant strength, but also has good welding performance, suitable for tungsten electrode and metal electrode welding process under inert gas protection. Long-term working temperature up to 500 ℃, short-term working temperature of up to 800 ℃, this kind of titanium alloy is often used in the aviation industry and the manufacture of ship parts. Density ρ = 4.42g /cm3, melting temperature range of 1540-1650 ℃.

  • TA11 titanium alloy

TA11 titanium alloy is a nearly α-type titanium alloy with a nominal composition of Ti-8A1-1Mo-1V, containing the α-stabilising element Al and the homo-crystalline β-stabilising elements Mo and V. The alloy has a high modulus of elasticity and a low density, so its specific stiffness is the highest among industrial titanium alloys. The alloy is mainly used in the manufacture of aero-engine high-pressure compressor discs, blades and magazines, etc., with a maximum long-term operating temperature of 450 °C. Semi-finished products produced mainly include plates, strips, bars, forgings and welding wires. Density ρ = 4.37g /cm3.

  • TA12 titanium alloy

TA12 titanium alloy, with a nominal composition of Ti-5.5AI-4Sn-2Zr-1Mo-0.25Si-1Nd, is a near-alpha-type heat-strengthened titanium alloy reinforced with the rare earth metal Nd with good overall performance. The alloy has a long working temperature of up to 550°C and is used for parts such as compressor discs, drums and blades in the high-pressure section of aero-engines. The alloy has good process plasticity, suitable for a variety of pressure processing forming, and can be used in various ways of mechanical processing. Semi-finished products are produced mainly in the form of bars, forgings and plates, which can also be used to produce castings. Density ρ=4.56g/cm3

  • TA19 Titanium Alloy

TA19 titanium alloy is a kind of nearly α-type titanium alloy, its nominal composition is Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo, containing stabilising element Al, neutral element Sn and Zr, homo-crystalline β-stabilising element Mo, and eutectic β-stabilising element Si. It is mainly used in the manufacture of aerospace engine's pressurised engine compartments and aircraft skins, and its maximum temperature of long-term operation is 500°C. It is mainly used in the manufacturing of aerospace engine's compressor box and aircraft skin, and its maximum temperature is 500°C. It is also used in the production of castings. Density ρ = 4.53g/cm3, melting temperature range of 1588-1715 ℃.

  • TA15 Titanium Alloy

The nominal composition of TAI5 titanium alloy is Ti-6Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V. The alloy cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. In the annealed state to α-phase solid solution as a matrix, containing a small amount of β-phase (5% a 7%), the alloy has good overall mechanical properties and process performance, mainly used in a variety of engine blades, magazines; a variety of aircraft sheet metal parts, beams, joints, large wall plates, welded load-bearing frame, etc., welded structural parts and castings are also widely used. Density ρ=4.450 g/cm3

  • Ti53311S titanium alloy

Ti53311S titanium alloy with nominal composition of Ti-5Al-3Sn-3Zr-1Nb-1Mo-0.25Si is a multi-alloyed near-alpha titanium alloy containing β-stabilizing element Al, which plays a role in solid solution strengthening of the α-phase; β-stabilizing elements Mo, Nb, which strengthens the β-phase and improves the plasticity of the process; and neutral stabilizing elements Sn, Zr, Si, which improves the heat resistance of the alloy. The titanium alloy also has good heat resistance. The titanium alloy also has good welding performance with dissimilar metals and can work for a long time under high temperature. The alloy is suitable for heat-resistant structural parts of aviation and aerospace vehicles, and can withstand more than 500,000 times of thermal shock fatigue test.

  • TC4 titanium alloy

TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium alloy is a Ti-AI-V α-β type titanium alloy successfully developed by the United States in 1954, containing 6% of the α-stabilising element Al and 4% of the β-stabilising element V.
