Balanced Strength and Formability: Tensile strength reaches 520 MPa-50% higher than GR2-with excellent elongation enabling cold rolling to ultra-thin specifications. Formability surpasses strength-focused GR5 titanium foil.
Superior cost-effectiveness: Corrosion resistance approaches that of GR7 palladium-containing titanium foil, yet eliminates the need for the precious metal palladium, reducing material costs by over 25%. This makes it suitable for large-scale industrial applications.
