1. Material preparation
Titanium material is the main material of titanium welded pipe, its quality has a very big impact on the quality of titanium welded pipe. Titanium materials need to be analyzed for chemical composition, hydrogen capture analysis, ultrasonic testing, discharge spectroscopy and other tests to ensure that it meets the product requirements.
2.Preparation of pipe billet
Through forging, rolling, extrusion and other methods, the titanium material is processed into pipe blanks that meet the requirements.
3.Processing and molding
The finished billet is molded, including undercutting, grooving, drilling, welding and other processes, so that it becomes a standard titanium welded pipe.
4. Sand blasting and cleaning
The titanium welded pipe will be sandblasted to remove the surface oxidized layer and stains and other impurities, and then carry out multiple cleaning to ensure that the surface of the pipe is smooth and pollution-free.
5. Longitudinal seamless welding
The tubes are continuously pushed forward according to a certain spacing, and at the same time, high-frequency heating and pressure welding are carried out to automatically connect them into long tubes and complete the longitudinal seamless welding.
6.Processing of finished products
The welded long tube is processed by trimming, straightening, flaw detection and heat treatment to make it reach the standard of products.
7.Inspection
The processed titanium welded pipe is inspected, mainly including appearance inspection, chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties testing, non-destructive testing and other tests.
