Introduction to Gr3 seamless titanium tube
Gr3 seamless titanium tube is a seamless tube made of grade 3 titanium alloy. Gr3 titanium is a commercially pure titanium (Commercially Pure Titanium), and its main characteristics include high strength, medium formability, excellent corrosion resistance and good welding performance.
Features of Gr3 seamless titanium tube
1. High strength: Gr3 titanium has higher strength than Gr1 and Gr2 titanium, so it is suitable for applications requiring higher strength.
2. Corrosion resistance: Gr3 titanium has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in seawater, salt solutions, oxidants and acidic environments.
3. Moderate formability: Gr3 titanium has good formability and can be cold and hot processed, but it is slightly worse than Gr1 and Gr2.
