What is a GR12 titanium tube?
Ti Grade 12 Titanium alloy pipe is a low alloyed near-α alloy of Ti-Mo-Ni series. The chemical component is Ti-0.3 Mo-0.8 Ni.
It is a strengthened Titanium alloy with good crevice corrosion resistance, better than pure Titanium and close to Ti Grade 7.
Due to its superior process plasticity, weldability and corrosion resistance, Ti Grade 12 alloy is widely used in chemical industry, such as heat exchanger, vacuum salt making equipment, etc.
TA10 variety introduction
TA10 Titanium alloy is α Type a Titanium alloy with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, and its tensile and compressive strength are relatively higher.
The tensile strength of this alloy at 300℃ is twice that of pure Titanium, and its resistance to corrosion in reducing media is significantly improved.
It does not undergo crevice corrosion in chloride at 150-200℃.
Application field: mainly used for manufacturing compressor components. The billets produced by our company meet standards such as GB/T 3624, GB/T3625, ASTM B337, ASTM B338,and ASME SB338.
