Grade 1 Titanium Foils and titanium foil have similarities as well as differences. They both consist of 99.2 percent pure titanium. However, the main difference is that Grade 1 foil has been cold rolled and heat treated for greater strength than regular titanium foil. Grade 1 foil also provides superior formability and weldability, making it an ideal choice for various industrial applications such as aerospace and medical components.
