Bar billet heating strictly controls the heating temperature, holding time and furnace weight of the billet to be rolled. For different materials, we develop different process solutions so that the bars are rolled at the most vulcanisable temperatures.
Hot stretchingWe strictly control the heat treatment temperature, time, drawing speed and dilution ratio to control the size and surface quality of each plate.
Straightening：
We have experienced technicians to control the ellipticity and tightness strictly within the allowable range of the process.
