These data show that the grain size distribution of Gr2 titanium plate after annealing is more uniform and the shape is more regular, most of which are polygons. The maximum tensile strength of Gr2 titanium plate increases with the increase of strain rate. The maximum tensile strength of Gr2 titanium plate is more obviously affected by temperature. When the temperature increases from 300°C to 1000°C, the maximum tensile strength decreases from 183.34MPa to 3.38MPa, and decreases significantly at 500 ~ 600°C. High temperature phase, therefore, the rise of temperature of Gr2 titanium plate of maximum tensile strength effect is very significant, and the 500 ~ 600 ° C is Gr2 titanium plate mechanical properties, severe attenuation of critical temperature in the chemical industry need to cause enough attention.
