Products Description
The dimensions of these bars are AISI, DIN, EN, ASME, JIS, ASTM, and BS. Its standard specification is ASME SB348/ ASTM B348. The size of the bar is a length of 1000 to 6000mm x diameter of 6.0 to 200mm. It is available in various forms like forging, round, hex, square, billet, rectangle, and ingot. The titanium bar available length is single and double random, and the custom size is 12 meters in length and also as per the requirements. Titanium Gr 5 Bars and Titanium Grade 5 Bright Bars are a well-finished product as BA finish, black, rough turned, polished, bright, matt finish, and No.4 finish.

Specifications
The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy rod shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1. In case of repeated inspection, the allowable deviation of chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.2.

Welded
Grade 5 alloy is easily welded in the annealed condition, or in the solution and partially aged condition, with aging being completed during the post weld heat treatment.

Welded
Precautions must be taken to prevent oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen contamination. Fusion welding can be done in inert gas filled chambers, or using inert gas welding of the molten metal and the adjacent heated zones using a trailing shield.

The alloy of titanium makes it of higher strength, similar to steel. Titanium bar is rust-free, corrosion resistant, good thermal resistance, and nonferrous and nontoxic metal.
