Titanium Hollow Bar and Titanium Round Bar are the preferred choice for many products. Titanium rods and bars require a more automated production process than sheet and block, which are still handled by hand. Typically produced in 8-12 foot lengths, they can be easily cut to custom sizes and shipped. Rods are a versatile product for many titanium components. Round bars are used in a variety of products from fasteners to jewelry.

Titanium Hollow Bar is available in nearly 40 grades, the most common of which are Grade 5 and Grade 2. The medical field often uses small diameter round bars for human implant fasteners and dental instruments. Titanium rods range from very small diameters for welding to larger diameters (e.g., 14-inch diameter) for clutches and flywheels.
