Product Introduction

We manufacture custom CNC machined parts for electronic equipment, including connector housings, terminals, sensor housings, mounting plates, precision fixtures, heat sinks, copper conductive components and small-diameter precision parts. We machine Aluminum 6061-T6/7075-T6, Copper C11000, Brass C36000/C26000, Stainless Steel 304/316 and other engineering materials.

 

For precision electronic components, we support typical dimensional tolerances of ±0.01 mm, with tighter tolerances available for selected features. CNC turning, milling, 5-axis machining, Swiss CNC and turn-mill machining are available for prototype, low-volume and repeat production.
