Titanium powder sintered cartridge is widely used in pharmaceutical industry, water treatment industry, food industry, biological engineering, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry and gas purification field.
Titanium rod cartridge after a period of time, there will be a certain degree of clogging, the flow rate is reduced, the pressure at the front end of the filtration increases, the differential pressure rises from below 0.22MPa to more than 0.3MPa, and at this time the cartridge needs to be cleaned.
Cleaning methods are as follows:
1, for the new use of the cartridge, the general use of water backwash, gas blowback method to clean, that is, slightly greater than the working pressure (such as: 0.3MPa) of water in the opposite direction of the water injection cleaning. The backwash time is about 1~3 minutes.
2,For many times after backwashing, the filtration effect is not obvious when the recovery, available 5% of the following hydrochloric acid solution, or 8% of the following sulfuric acid solution, or 10% of the following NaOH solution at room temperature soak, and then wash with water.
