TA2 titanium tube is light in quality, high in strength and superior in mechanical properties. It is widely used in heat exchange equipment, such as tube heat exchanger, coil heat exchanger, serpentine tube heat exchanger, condenser, evaporator and conveying piping. Many nuclear power industries use titanium tubes as the standard tubes for their units.
In order to make the standard can better guide the standardized production of titanium pipe fittings, design and selection, procurement and distribution, installation and construction, the State Petroleum and Chemical Industry Bureau on July 13, 1999 released the "titanium butt-welding seamless pipe fittings" industry standard, this standard by the right of the Northwest Nonferrous Metals Research Institute drafted the standard number for the HG/T3651-1999, has been implemented in June 1, 2000 onwards.
