What Are The Requirements Of Evaporator Titanium Tube Production Standards?

Titanium tube is light in quality, high in strength and superior in mechanical properties. It is widely used in heat exchange equipment, such as tube heat exchanger, coil heat exchanger, serpentine tube heat exchanger, condenser, evaporator and conveying pipeline. Currently, many nuclear power industries use titanium tubes as the standard tubes for their units. So, find out what are the requirements for titanium tube production standards?
Cited standards

1. GB 228 metal tensile test methods

2. GB 224 Hydraulic test method for metal pipe

3. GB 226 metal pipe flattening test method

4. GB/T3620.1 Titanium and titanium alloy grades and chemical compositions

5. GB/T3620.2 Chemical composition and permissible deviation of composition of titanium and titanium alloy processed products

Technical Requirements

1. the chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy tubes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3620.1, the demand side of the re-inspection, the permissible deviation of the chemical composition of Mingkun Titanium Industry in accordance with GB/T3620.2.

2. the permissible deviation of the outer diameter of the pipe shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table I. 3.

3. the allowable deviation of the wall thickness of the pipe should not exceed ± 12.5% of its nominal wall thickness, the allowable deviation of the wall thickness of the pipe does not apply to titanium welded pipe at the weld seam.
