GR1 titanium foil, due to the inclusion of more impurity elements after the strength is greatly improved, its mechanical properties and chemical properties and stainless steel is similar (but and titanium alloy than the strength is still lower).GR1 metal pure titanium is characterised by: strength is not high, but the plasticity is good, easy to machining and forming, stamping, welding, cutting and processing performance is good; in the atmosphere, seawater, wet chlorine and oxidising, neutral, weak reducing medium has good corrosion resistance; heat resistance is poorer than most austenitic stainless steel; the use temperature should not be too high. Good corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance is better than most austenitic stainless steel; heat resistance is poor, the use of temperature should not be too high.
