Products Description

♠Titanium Strip Pure Coil is a titanium plate, strip, roll or sheet with a thickness of less than or equal to 0.1mm. The maximum width of rolled titanium foil is about 600mm.
♠The width of the titanium foil is cut according to the requirements of the user.But the wider the manufacturing, the higher the productivity.

Grade 2 High Purity Titanium Foil

Mainly used for stamping parts and corrosion-resistant structural parts with working temperature below 350℃ and low stress but requiring high plasticity, such as: aircraft skeletons, skins, engine accessories; seawater corrosion-resistant pipelines, valves, pumps and Hydrofoil, seawater desalination system components, chemical heat exchangers, pump bodies, distillation towers, coolers, agitators, tee links, impellers, solid parts, ion pumps, compressor valves, diesel engine pistons and connecting rods TA1, TA2 such as leaf springs have good low temperature toughness and high low temperature strength when iron content ω is 0.095%, oxygen content ω is 0.08%, hydrogen content ω is 0.0009%, and nitrogen content ω is 0.0062% , Can be used as low temperature structure material below -253℃.
