70% to 80% of the welding stress can be eliminated by stress-relieving annealing at 550-650℃ after welding Titanium Plate. Stress relief annealing of sheet metal parts after welding is best done in vacuum furnace or protective atmosphere furnace.

Titanium Plate is widely used in the manufacture of aero-engine fans and compressor plates and blades, as well as various bearing beams, frames, joints and fasteners in aircraft structures.
