Grade5 Forged Titanium Plate

Grade5 Forged Titanium Plate has the outstanding advantages of low density, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high specific strength, and has been widely used in the aerospace field.

GR5 belongs to (α+β) two-phase titanium alloy. It has the advantages of α and β titanium alloys. It has higher specific strength, thermal strength and better comprehensive mechanical properties. It is mainly used to make aircraft skins and compressor disks. And blades, fuel storage tanks for aerospace engines and other important components with complex forces.

Grade5 Forged Titanium Plate is a dual-phase alloy with good comprehensive properties, good structural stability, good toughness, plasticity and high-temperature deformation properties. It can perform hot pressure processing well, and can be quenched and aging to strengthen the alloy. The strength after heat treatment is about 50%-100% higher than the annealed state; the high-temperature strength is high, and it can work for a long time at a temperature of 400℃~500℃, and its thermal stability is second to that of α titanium alloy 35'.

Annealing before product use can be adopted: 95O℃/1h, air cooling or water cooling; final annealing can be adopted; 87o℃/3Omin+650℃/60min

Delivery state: hot working state (R) cold working state (y) annealing state (m) solid solution state (st packing: packing in bundles or wooden cases)

Surface treatment: polishing or automotive

Surface quality: high precision, good finish, no oxide layer, pit, crack, folding, rolling, scarring, delamination, hairline and other defects.

Surface finish: clean, dust-free, good acid resistance, long service life.

Physical properties: good elongation and strength properties.
