GR1 Titanium seamless pipe
This product is made of industrial pure titanium GR1 , designed specifically for corrosion resistance and lightweight requirements. It is suitable for fields such as chemical equipment, medical devices, marine engineering, and heat exchange systems, meeting the long-term reliability requirements in highly corrosive environments.

Excellent corrosion resistance
Titanium content ≥ 99.5%, through the self-healing mechanism of surface oxide film, the annual corrosion rate in seawater, nitric acid and neutral salt solutions is less than 0.02mm, and the resistance to Cl ⁻ corrosion is better than 316L stainless steel. Typical applications include seawater desalination equipment (5000 meter deep sea environment) and chlor alkali industry electrolytic cells, with a lifespan of more than three times that of stainless steel.
Mechanical performance balance
Tensile strength ≥ 240MPa, yield strength 170-310MPa, elongation ≥ 24%. Through vacuum melting and cold rolling process, it has excellent fatigue resistance. Cold bending test shows that pipes with an outer diameter of ≤ 25mm can be bent 90 ° without cracks, making them suitable for installation in complex pipelines.
Strong process adaptability
The specifications cover an outer diameter of 3-300mm with a wall thickness of 0.2-15mm, and support customization of coils (≤ 3000mm) or straight sections (≤ 9000mm). Welding requires high-purity argon gas (≥ 99.99%) protection, and the weld strength should reach over 90% of the base metal. The surface can be customized with acid wash or bright annealing to meet the flow requirements of different media.
