Gr4 Ti6AL4V ELI Medical Titanium Wire
Gr4 Titanium Foil For Industrial
Products Description
Titanium alloy Grade 4 pipes are the strongest of the other CP grades. While they have the lowest yield strength, they have the highest permissible oxygen content and porosity compared to other grades. GNEE exports, manufactures, and supplies this product to the industry. We offer titanium alloy pipes in a variety of shapes and sizes, customizing them to meet customer needs. The materials used to manufacture these pipes offer excellent corrosion and corrosion fatigue resistance, as well as high strength.
These pipes are used in a variety of common and specialized applications, including jet engine components, aerospace fasteners, corrosive material handling wells, pulp and paper production, marine and chemical processing, and desalination plants. This grade of steel is significantly stronger than other grades, such as Grade 3 and Grade 2. It is easily cold-formable. However, its lack of ductility and low ductility mean it cannot be drawn into wire form. This grade of steel offers many excellent properties, such as excellent corrosion resistance and its ability to withstand a wide range of corrosive environments. Therefore, due to its numerous advantages, it is used in applications requiring high strength, such as aerospace, medical, and industrial.
Special substances prevent the metal from precipitation or intergranular corrosion. Furthermore, it offers increased stability. These special properties make this product widely used in a wide range of industries. Industries using these pipes include the oil and gas industry, petrochemical plants, industrial machinery, chemical plants, paper and pulp, power generation, refineries, and food processing. We also subject our products to a range of tests, such as hardness testing, to ensure their top-notch quality.
