1,Preparation of titanium plate on the state of supply of raw materials requirements
All sheets are required to be supplied in an annealed condition. In order to ensure the quality of the parts, the surface of the plate should be removed from the oxide layer and other contamination. The surface of the titanium plate shall not have cracks, peeling, creasing, inclusions and other defects, as well as traces of pickling. The sheet should be flat and straight and wrapped with paper out of the warehouse. Care should be taken to prevent surface scratches during subsequent discharging, forming, assembly, transportation and storage.
2,Titanium plate blank unloading
Undercutting, care should be taken to make the blank edge as smooth as possible, especially to prevent the edge of cracks, nibbles and shear marks and other defects, more attention should be paid to the shear thick plate.
