Philippine Customer Visited Our Factory And Signed Order For GR1 Titanium Plates

A customer delegation from the Philippines visited our factory in April 2026. The purpose of their visit was to inspect our titanium plate production line and finalize a procurement contract for GR1 titanium plates. After two days of factory auditing and technical discussions, both parties signed the order before their departure.

The Philippine customers focused their inspection on our quality control system for GR1 titanium plates. They reviewed chemical composition records, mechanical property test reports, and ultrasonic testing results. They also walked through our hot rolling line, annealing section, and surface finishing workshop. One of their engineers brought a portable hardness tester and conducted random checks on finished plates from our inventory.

GR1 titanium plate is commercially pure titanium with excellent corrosion resistance and formability. The customers plan to use the ordered plates in a seawater desalination project in the Visayas region. The order covers thicknesses from 1.0mm to 6.0mm, cut to their specified sizes. Production will follow ASTM B265 standards, and the first batch is scheduled for delivery within 60 days.

The customer's procurement manager noted that previous titanium suppliers had failed to provide consistent quality. He said our laboratory records and transparent production process gave them confidence to move forward.

This order marks our company's entry into the Philippine titanium market. We will continue supplying GR1, GR2, GR5, GR7, and GR12 titanium products for corrosion-resistant applications in Southeast Asia.
