The production process of titanium foil consists of the main processes of hot rolling, cold rolling and auxiliary processes (pickling, degreasing, heat treatment and shearing). Cold rolled titanium strip is the original blank in the rolling process of titanium foil. After pickling and annealing treatment, the titanium strip is repeatedly cold rolled, and the total deformation is always controlled at 20%~40%. Advanced equipment, rolling process, process control, annealing temperature and time control ensure the surface smoothness and finish of the titanium foil and effectively improve the product quality.
