Titanium Alloy Grade 11

Titanium Alloy Grade 11 is a Ti-0.15Pd titanium alloy formulated for primary forming into wrought products. Cited properties are appropriate for the annealed condition. 3.7225 is the EN numeric designation for this material. R52250 is the UNS number. Additionally, the ASTM designation is Titanium Grade 11.

Grade 11 is the most resistant Ti alloy to corrosion in reducing acids and localized attack in hot halide media, with physical, mechanical, formability properties equivalent to Gr. 1 Ti (soft grade) and excellent weldability.

It has a moderately high electrical conductivity among wrought titaniums. In addition, it has the highest ductility and a moderately high thermal conductivity.
