Pure Titanium Sheet Grade1
The tensile strength of commercially pure titanium grades increases dependent on the grade number. Our CP Grade 1 sheets offer the lowest overall tensile strength in this category but offer improved characteristics in other areas.
Grade 1 titanium sheet exhibits excellent mechanical and physical properties with the following characteristics:
1. high strength and hardness, excellent specific strength and specific stiffness, better than pure titanium;
2. good corrosion resistance, able to withstand corrosion of many corrosive gases;
3. good heat resistance and wear resistance, able to withstand high temperatures and strong impact and friction;
4. good processing performance, can carry out a variety of metal processing technology.

Applications of Grade1 pure titanium sheet:
Medical industry: titanium alloy is biocompatible and will not have any harmful effects on the human body, and can be used to manufacture human implants. (such as orthopaedic, dental, artificial heart, etc.)
Electronic products: Titanium alloy's high strength, plasticity and conductivity make it an ideal choice for manufacturing some electronic product materials with high precision requirements, such as mobile phone shells, laptop shells, etc.
