Foil is a thin sheet of metal, such as tin foil, copper foil, aluminum foil, etc. Specifically, all the thickness of the metal sheet < 0.2mm is called a foil. According to the thickness of the metal foil, it is divided into thick foil, single zero foil, and double zero foil. Among them, the thickness of the thick foil is < 0.2mm-≥0.1mm, the thickness of single zero foil is < 0.1mm-≥0.09mm, and the thickness of double zero foil is ≤0.001mm.

(1) Blank material selection and treatment: select all blank material with hydrogen content < 0.005%, iron content < 0.02%, and thickness close to 1.0mm for polishing treatment;

(2) Preliminary rolling: after polishing the blank material, it passes through multiple rods and foil rolling mill several times for reversing cross and repeated cold rolling to the thickness of 0.18mm-0.22mm, cutting strip after cleaning to remove fat, and then vacuum annealing under 600°C - 610°C, so that the titanium metal recrystallized, the internal structure is more uniform;

(3) Finished rolling: roll the initially rolled foil to 0.05mm-0.003mm thickness, remove the fat and clean the roll;

(4) Wrapping annealing: In the naturally relaxed state of titanium foil, titanium foil is wrapped with zirconium metal foil which is good at absorbing hydrogen and oxygen and sent into the vacuum furnace with a vacuum degree less than 1.0x IO-3 Pa. Annealing is carried out at 490°C -510°C. After holding for 1-2 hours, the finished product is produced at room temperature.
