Titanium UNS R50250 Sheets

UNS R50250 titanium plate has high strength, low density, excellent corrosion resistance and toughness. Its tensile strength is between 350-550 MPa, very good plasticity, easy to process and form and weld.
It is one of the four commercially pure grades of titanium and is the most formable grade of titanium, and one of the softest and most ductile of the titanium grades, with large formability.

UNS R50250 titanium sheet is used in a wide range of applications, including bellows, aircraft structural honeycomb, gaskets, aircraft skins, heat exchanger parts, and deep-drawn applications.
It is also used in implantable battery cases/shields for CRM and neurostimulation devices, implantable battery cathodes/connectors, and stamped or etched products.
This material is particularly suitable for the marine and chemical industries where parts are subjected to very harsh environments due to its excellent corrosion resistance and solderability.
