Composition and Microstructure Characteristics
Chemical Composition: The nominal composition of TC11 titanium alloy is Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si, primarily consisting of titanium (Ti), aluminum (Al), molybdenum (Mo), zirconium (Zr), and silicon (Si). The aluminum content ranges from 5.5% to 7.0%, the molybdenum content from 2.8% to 3.8%, the zirconium content from 0.8% to 2.0%, and the silicon content from 0.2% to 0.35%.
Microstructure Characteristics: TC11 titanium alloy is a typical α+β titanium alloy, with both α and β phases coexisting in its microstructure. The α phase imparts high strength and heat resistance to the alloy, while the β phase improves its plasticity and toughness. This optimal combination of phases gives TC11 titanium alloy excellent overall performance.
Performance Characteristics
1. Mechanical Properties
High Strength: TC11 titanium tubes have high room-temperature strength, typically exceeding 900 MPa in tensile strength and 800 MPa in yield strength, enabling them to withstand heavy loads.
Good Toughness: While maintaining high strength, TC11 titanium tubes also possess good toughness, making them less susceptible to brittle fracture.

Production Process
