In this metallic movement, Al, as the main melody of the α-stabilizing element, lays a solid foundation for the alloy through its solid solution strengthening characteristics. This near-α titanium alloy with a high Al equivalent (6.58%) not only inherits the excellent thermal strength and weldability of α-type titanium alloys but also skillfully integrates the process plasticity of α-β-type titanium alloys, showcasing a unique balance of beauty. It demonstrates outstanding strength at both room temperature and high temperatures, particularly excelling in thermal stability and welding performance.
