Recently, a procurement delegation from a major Russian industrial group visited our company. The purpose of this visit was to secure raw material supplies for their annual heat exchanger projects. Following two days of business negotiations and a comprehensive inspection of our production facilities, both parties formally signed a bulk procurement contract for high-purity GR1 titanium plates.
As an exceptionally pure grade of titanium, GR1 titanium plate is widely utilized in plate heat exchangers and chemical corrosion-resistant linings, owing to its outstanding ductility and cold-forming properties.
During the tour of our production workshop, the Russian clients paid particular attention to the cold-rolling process and the annealing treatment procedures for the titanium plates. Addressing the clients' specific concerns regarding surface flatness and edge shearing precision, our company's rigorous operational protocols-specifically our strict controls over thickness tolerances-received their on-site approval. Using their own measuring instruments, the client representatives conducted spot checks on samples from our inventory; the actual measurements obtained consistently exceeded the requirements stipulated by the ASTM B265 standard.




After fully verifying our production capacity and quality control procedures, both parties signed a long-term supply agreement for GR1 titanium plates at our corporate headquarters.
The successful conclusion of this partnership not only signifies a further expansion of our business footprint within the Russian and CIS markets but also serves as renewed proof of the competitive advantage held by "Made in China" products in the field of high-standard titanium materials.
