Explosion welding of tube sheet has the following key technologies to be solved:
(1) titanium / steel for explosion welding, if the charge parameters are not well controlled, easy to lead to interface high temperature and make the interface produce intermetallic compounds, which will greatly reduce the heat transfer effect of the composite tube. Therefore, the internal heat transfer titanium tube or zirconium tube explosion welding charge process is one of the keys to successful explosion welding.
(2)-generally speaking, the composite tube of the outer tube and inner tube wall thickness of only 1 ~ 2mm. and ultra-thin metal composites, especially ultra-thin tubes in the explosion welding process is prone to cracking or even fracture, so for the explosives bursting speed and charge thickness should be accurately controlled.
(3) seawater corrosion-resistant high-efficiency composite tube should not only save rare metal materials, but also to achieve efficient heat transfer, and the key to efficient heat transfer is the combination of composite tube interface must be excellent tiny wave interface, and the formation of tiny wave interface requires precise optimization of charging parameters and design.
